TERMS & CONDITIONS

AIRPORT ARRIVAL

Once payment is completed online, you will receive an email with detailed information about the meeting point.
For shuttle service, the estimated waiting time after clearing customs is between 30 and 45 minutes.
Delays due to immigration procedures, customs, or lost luggage are not valid reasons for refunds or guaranteed rescheduling.
If your transfer is private, the driver will wait up to 2 hours from the flight’s scheduled landing time. If you do not show up within that timeframe, it will be considered a “no show”, and the service will be cancelled without a refund.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours in advance during business hours, you will receive a 100% refund. To request the cancellation, please contact: natasha.alvarez@panamazing.com
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time are non-refundable.

LUGGAGE

The service includes one (1) regular-size suitcase (up to 23 kg) and one (1) carry-on item per person.
Any additional or oversized luggage must be reported in advance, as it may incur extra charges.
Unaccompanied luggage is not accepted.
